We’re dedicated to providing the best possible solutions for your fracturing needs. Through our extensive experience in unconventional and conventional reservoirs, we can help you develop a strategy that’s both safe and environmentally responsible.

Our Andrews, Texas headquarters is centrally located in the Permian Basin, which allows us to serve the major reservoirs in the region, providing our customers with the expertise they need. This allows us to deliver a wide range of services and solutions. Our experienced team members have the necessary resources and equipment to provide high-quality services to our customers. These include fully customized treatments and real-time operational data. We use high-quality equipment that is backed by an in-house, full-service maintenance and refurbishment department.

Darrell Merrell

Darrell attended the Texas A&M University where he earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. He is a US Army veteran (1972-1975) with 50 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Throughout his experience in cementing, petrochemical and refinery construction, open hole and cased hole wireline, hydraulic fracturing, he worked on 3 continents, in four countries, and 5 states in the US. His management positions over the years include Field Service Coordinator, Service Quality Manager, and Operations Manager. His other positions include a husband of 46 years, a father to 3 children, and a grandfather of 4.

Sonya Lopez

Sonya received a certificate of Technology for Fundamentals of Business and is actively working towards a degree in Business Administration. She was self-employed for 10 years as an Owner and Operator Mechanic, and has 8 years of banking experience, which includes experience with consumer loans, commercial loans, commercial RE loan, Interim Commercial Construction loans, lines of credit, cash flow analysis, and loan processing and approval. Outside the workspace, she is a Chamber board member (6+ years), Treasurer of the Board, Hispanic heritage committee board member (6+ years), Zoning Committee, and Our lady of Lourdes Catechist (17 years). Some of Sonyas greatest accolades include being bilingual and singlehandedly raising 3 kids into accomplished human beings.

Chief Operations Officer

Josh Merrell

Mr. Merrell began his oilfield career as a Mechanic in 2002, starting as a shop hand for Industrial Mechanics out of Vernal, Utah that was bought out by C.S.I . After four years with the company, he had moved up to the head of their Compressor Refurb Projects. Josh then moved to into the Hydraulic Fracturing side of it with Halliburton, also out of Vernal, Utah and spent three years with them as a Field Mechanic. He worked as an Offshore Jack up Rig Mechanic at Pride Offshore, and transitioned again in 2011 into an Equipment Operator role with Tucker Energy Services. He started as an EO1 at Tucker Energy Services and moved up to a Sr Supervisor within 3 years. He then worked as a Field Coordinator at Catalyst and finally joined Acquire Frac as a field Mechanic/Operator. Ever since, he moved up to Field Coordinator, worked with building the management department, and moved into the District Manager role to help build the company into what it is today.

Janae Myers

Myers attended St. Edward’s University and The University of Texas, Permian Basin where she earned degrees in Psychology and Communication. Her professional career began working for a Fortune 500 marketing company in Fort Worth, Texas and transitioned into Oil and Gas in 2013. Ms. Myers began her sales career in 2015 for Premium Oilfield Technologies and became partner through its acquisition by Quantum Energy Partners in 2017. Janae started with Acquire in 2020 where she played an integral role in Strategic Growth plans. A former competitive athlete, her desire and will-to-win attitude drives the culture of the organization to focus on teamwork and love for the industry. Her hope is to be an example to her daughter that she can do anything she sets her mind to.

Chandler Losing

A graduate from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mr. Losing founded Acquire Oilfield Solutions in 2018. Prior to Acquire, he held numerous roles within XTO Energy in completions and well remediation. Acquire began offering Acidizing services to clients in 2018 and transitioned into a full-service Hydraulic Fracturing company in 2020. Acquire was founded with the desire to offer customers and its employees an organization that was built on integrity, safety, and the highest level of service quality. Since 2020, Acquire has completed over 200+ wells with clients 50+ across the Permian Basin. Mr. Losing will continue his entrepreneurship with plans of integration through growth.
